    Marc brings over two decades of legal and business experience to the consulting team, with a distinguished background in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and the alcoholic beverage industry. He began his career as a Claims Representative for Florida Farm Bureau Insurance Company in Pensacola before earning his law degree and serving as General Counsel for Dycom Industries, one of the nation’s fastest-growing companies, based in Palm Beach, Florida.

    In 2002, Marc founded The Tiller Law Group, where he has built a strong reputation for his expertise in business law and alcoholic beverage transactions. His extensive network and deep understanding of Florida’s liquor and hospitality industries have made him a trusted advisor to countless entrepreneurs and business owners.

    At Birch Consulting Services, Marc leverages his legal insight and industry relationships to help clients navigate complex licensing, compliance, and business development challenges—empowering them to launch, scale, and sustain successful ventures.

    Ben is a seasoned hospitality professional and entrepreneur with a proven track record of building, scaling, and revitalizing successful businesses across Florida and Massachusetts. His career began when he founded and operated his own valet company, quickly expanding to dominate the Cape Cod market before successfully selling the business.

    He went on to become one of the youngest General Managers in Massachusetts, leading operations for a premier whiskey bar and nightclub, and later overseeing a high-end lounge at the prestigious Liberty Hotel in Boston. As Entertainment Director for a major hospitality group, Ben cultivated relationships with some of the world’s leading DJs and artists, curating experiences that elevated each venue’s brand and guest experience.

    Now a driving force behind Birch Consulting Services, Ben brings a rare combination of entrepreneurial insight, operational expertise, and creative strategy—helping clients not only launch and grow their ventures but craft brands that truly stand out in today’s competitive hospitality and business landscape.

    Elisa brings a wealth of experience in legal operations, licensing, and strategic development to our consulting team. After beginning her career as a Legal Assistant at the Law Offices of Cross and Smith while earning her Cum Laude degree from the University of Alabama, she joined The Tiller Law Group in 2018 and quickly became a driving force behind the firm’s long-term growth and success.

    With deep expertise in the licensing and regulatory landscape, Elisa has guided countless clients through the sale, financing, and acquisition of liquor licenses across Florida, as well as the wet zoning process in the Tampa Bay region. Her strong industry relationships and market insight allow her to deliver informed, results-driven solutions tailored to each client’s goals.
